i'm terribly tired....damn lost being on so late...its on again tonight....oh well...
not that much has occurred in the last few days.......the magic drug seems to be starting to work already which is quite good....
had an sms from hannah yesty saying she might come a visit on monday which will be good...haven't seen her since like...um.....May...lol.....
and i don't know what it is but i'm starting to feel rather stressed...i think its all this up and down stuff with the health, and the movie stuff and uni next year and yeh....i just feel like i need to sleep for a week.....
tacrolimus....wonder drug?
could the wonderful drug tacrolimus be the one thing i've been waiting to find for the last year? I got prescribed this stuff today by my dermatologist and its quite expensive ($1000 bucks a gram) although what i have only contains .1% of a gram....
but heres the thing...i've been doing research and this stuff has cleared up pyoderma gangrenosum (sounds lovely don't it?) in an average time of 5.1 weeks.....*bleeping* yay....if thats the case i'm going to be completely fine by the time i get to uni.....that is if the pilonidal wound continues to heal up as it has been and doesn't do anything stupid....
i'd been told the pyoderma could be with me for up to years......here's hoping it isn't and that this tacrolimus stuff does the trick.....

not much to report really.....went to the doctors...didn't get told anything new....things get worse and they tell me its fine i've just about lost my patience with it.....really starting to shit me.....
i honestly can't think of anything else to say that wouldn't be bitching so i'm finishing this entry now...

in other news today i found out that my composer for the war at home who I previously said was a professional is actually only 17...lol....he's still good though...so not to worry....
bought a ps2 game today, dragonball z budokai tenkaichi 2....may be a mouthful but its good for some harmless beat-the-crap-outta-someone fun....lol.....i also saw migie in town today, i don't think he saw me....woulda said hi but he was with jess and some others i didn't recognise so i didn't intrude.....
my estimated time of healing has been reduced to 2 weeks max now...huzzah....

Well here we go, I've started this thing and who knows when I'll stop. I was only thinking about it yesterday, trying to figure out what sort of stuff I would put on this good ol' blog. It's pretty much going to be anything I can think of thats relevant to what happened to me on any given day.
Whether that be a drawing I've done or a model I created, or maybe a VFX shot for the movie I'm working on. It could be a rant on something that's giving me the shits (it happens alot so expect it fairly often) or just something cool I found on youtube......who knows...it'll be a wierd and wonderful excursion as I'm heading off to uni next year and everything will go wacko.
Christmas is less than a month away which means less than a month till I get my Wacom tablet, finally. Drawing with a mouse can get painful after a while....lol...I'm going to try and get back into doing more 2D stuff as the 3D world has kind of taken over in the last few years...which is all well and good but I'd like to have a kind of balance between the two.
Filming is really starting to ramp up on The War at Home, I think it's being shot 4 times a week right up till Christmas, I'm going to get about a weeks worth of shooting delivered to me on Tuesday which I'll have to put on the computer that night, lots of fun...lol.....but at least now it's all starting to come together and is starting to look like something. One piece of exciting news to come out of the last few days to do with TWAH is that we are ||<----that close to securing a professional to do the musical score. His name is Chris Hurn and is from New Zealand (
http://www.chrishurn.com) and has done some good stuff...and the best thing is he's doing it for free. All I've got to do now is put together a small scene so he can compose a test piece to see if Phil is happy with it. He's pleased with the samples on his website and I have great faith that he'll produce something great.
Hmm...lets see...what else....oh yes....I accepted my deferred uni offer today, so I'm in to do Information Technology at Newcastle Uni but I'm looking to change that to Visual Communication (Design) as soon as I can because I like it more but didn't have a high enough UAI. As an overall feeling of going to uni I'm at a state of "i don't wanna", the novelty has really worn off and i feel like i won't be able to handle it after the year i've had.
On a lighter note my surgery wound is apparently almost healed, I got told today that it had joined in the middle and only had 2 small areas left to heal. They seem to think it'll be another 3 weeks at the most....go christmas!......The other stuff is still there and is apparently going to be there for a while but its manageable....once the main stuff is healed I can start exercising again and start to lose the 30kg's i've put on in the last 8 months...hmph....
I attempted to grow a mo for Movember...its pretty tragic....although is alot more noticeable than any other I've tried to grow in the past.....I haven't shaved at all in like 2 weeks so I've got a bit of a pseudo-beard going on....looks quite odd....lol...
I really can't think of anything else so I'll bugger off.....
